Are you reimbursed by the social security?

RTT® and Spinal Flow® sessions are not yet reimbursed by social security. However, some insurance companies may cover part of the cost. I recommend that you check directly with your insurance company to find out about the reimbursement terms specific to your contract.

How can the Spinal Flow® technique help me?

You will find the answer here

Are there any manipulations involved throughout Spinal Flow® sessions?

No, only a light touch is used on access points (places where the dura mater attaches to the spinal column) to stimulate the activity of the parasympathetic branch of your nervous system. No manipulation and no exercise, however, much greater comfort and better communication of the nervous system!

What is the parasympathetic nervous system?

In simple terms, the sympathetic nervous system prepares the body for intense activity and the fight-or-flight response, while the parasympathetic nervous system conserves energy and regulates the state of rest and digestion.

What exactly is hypnosis?

It's a bit like a guided meditation. In fact, whenever we're absorbed in a novel or film, or when we're about to wake up or fall asleep, we're in a natural hypnotic trance. It's a natural state we enter many times a day without even realizing it. During this state, the frequency of our brain activity decreases, allowing the conscious, critical part of ourselves (that little voice in our head) to fade into the background, making way for the subconscious.

With the conscious mind relaxed, the subconscious becomes accessible, giving us greater possibilities for change; however, the hypnosis practitioner does not control you. He simply guides you through the session. The hypnotized individual is always in control of himself. The client has full control over whether or not to accept the suggestions and/or ideas communicated to his or her subconscious.

Are there any dangers in hypnosis?

No. See previous answer.

Is hypnosis effective?

Yes, and it's been tried and tested for a long time.

Many people try to change their habits through willpower and/or self-discipline. Except that this conscious decision to make the desired change is undermined by your own subconscious belief in failure. Hypnosis enables you to change the programming and/or belief at the root of the habit you wish to change. Hypnosis is therefore effective and long-lasting.

Can I be made to do something I don't want to do under hypnosis?

No. You're perfectly safe because you remain in complete control of yourself. You're free to refuse a suggestion or idea that doesn't suit you, and you're free to move and open your eyes during the session.

How is RTT® Hypnosis different from other forms of Hypnosis?

It's a revolutionary method that combines the most effective principles of hypnotherapy, traditional psychotherapy such as gestalt, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), neuroscience and mindfulness to give you fast, and lasting results. How long does it take to see changes?

You'll see changes from the very first session. I like to compare the desired transformation to learning a foreign language. If you practice one new word a week, you'll quickly lose motivation, and in 6 months you still won't be able to ask for directions. That's why the program must be completed on schedule

I don't have the availability to do  3 Spinal Flow® sessions per week for 3 weeks, can I still do the Rapid Transformation™ Program?

Alternatively, you can do 2 sessions a day for 5 consecutive days + 21 days of listening to your personalized recording.

Otherwise, no, it's not possible.

What sets you apart from other therapists?

My PRESENCE is a great quality that enables me to easily adjust my approach according to my clients' limitations and receptiveness. I'm passionate about my work, and helping people regain their balance and ‘joie de vivre’ is what makes me happy. What's more, the tools and methods I use in my work have enabled me to transcend from survival to live life to the fullest. I have not only studied but also PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED each of the tools I use. Major traumatic events are at the source of my great capacity for COMPASSION towards others, and have also taught me that each of us has particular needs at different times in our lives.

Why did you choose to become a practitioner?

Because my life experience provide me with all the proof I needed that it's possible to reprogram ourselves, to change our habits. After researching and working to reduce the impact of man on the ecosystems we need to survive, I redirected my attention to the impact each of us has on our own health and quality of life. This shift in focus came after experiencing the damaging consequences of a traumatic brain injury. I experimented, studied and put into practice a wide range of modalities to find a way to guarantee to help you transform your programming and help you create your desired quality of life.

Why follow your Rapid Transformation™ Program?

How will it help me?

This program has effective and lasting results because it first enables you to identify the root cause of a behavioral/thought pattern and undesirable symptoms. You then reframe and transform the associated conditioning by communicating what you want (your suggestions) to your subconscious through RTT® hypnosis. The Spinal Flow® technique activates your spinal column's natural undulation process. These undulations (respiratory and somato-psychic waves) release tensions that limit the mobility and optimal functioning of the system as a whole, reducing resistance to change and facilitating your transformation. It also creates an internal reference signal that increases your body's resistance to stress. You will find every detail of the Rapid Transformational Program here

Why do I hesitate to make an appointment?

It's natural to hesitate to take the plunge, because we're often prisoners of our own habits. I hope this site can answer your questions and put your mind at rest. If you're not comfortable with the idea of taking a discovery appointment call, you can always contact me in writing.

Unfortunately, support can sometimes suffer from prejudice. Yet asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but rather of courage. My program offers you the opportunity to choose to change your beliefs and habits and regain control over your quality of life.

I hope I've answered all your questions, so please don't hesitate to contact me for any further information or to make an appointment. You deserve a quality of life worth living!
