Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Nivea Loiselle. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms. If you do not accept them, please do not book a session.

Article 1 : Services

Nivea Loiselle offers a Rapid Transformation™ program and individual sessions using techniques such as RTT® Hypnotherapy, Spinal Flow® technique, and the Feldenkrais® Method. These services aim to improve the quality of life of clients by identifying and changing limiting thought patterns and behaviors.

Offered Approaches:

RTT® Hypnotherapy: Modifies mental patterns and limiting beliefs through dialogue with the subconscious mind.
Spinal Flow®: A technique that aims to release tension in the nervous system, improve stress management, and enhance overall system mobility.
Awareness Through Movement®: Feldenkrais® Method designed to optimize daily movement and improve posture.
The Rapid Transformation™ Program combines these three approaches with personalized support to assist in the client's transformation and goal achievement.

Article 2 : Pricing & Payment

The prices for services are listed on our website www.nivealoiselle.com/services.

Payment must be made prior to the first session, either in cash, by check, or via bank transfer.

Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours' notice. Any late cancellations or no-shows will result in the full session being charged.

In case of non-payment, legal interest will be applied, as well as a flat fee for collection costs.

Article 3 : Responsibility

3.1 Practitioner responsibility

Your Practitioner subscribes to and abides by the Code of Ethics and the Charter of Ethics of the Hypnosis Trade Union, Feldenkrais France, and Spinal Flow, acting at all times with integrity, responsibility, competence, respect and professionalism.

3.2 Customer responsibility

The client must follow the recommendations provided and agreed upon during the initial consultation and commit to respecting the program.

If you suffer from severe psychosis or have been diagnosed with a personality disorder such as bipolar disorder, RTT® Hypnotherapy is strongly discouraged. These pathologies, known as "dissociative," can sometimes include personality disorders and a chronic or permanent difficulty in engaging with reality. Since hypnosis also uses dissociation, it may exacerbate this mental imbalance.

It is IMPORTANT not to discontinue or alter any medication and/or treatment without prior consent from your doctor.

Article 4 – Confidentiality and data protection

All information gathered during your sessions is confidential and protected by professional secrecy. No health data is collected.

In accordance with data protection legislation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data. You can also opt-out of receiving commercial communications by contacting nivealoiselle@gmail.com.

Article 5 – Intellectual Property

The methods and tools used (RTT®, Spinal Flow®, Feldenkrais®) are protected by intellectual property rights. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of these methods without prior authorization from Nivea Loiselle.

Article 6 – Miscellaneous

7.1 Non-transferability

As the present contract has been concluded intuitu personae, it may under no circumstances be assigned or transferred, nor may the rights and obligations contained therein be transferred to any person, and in any form whatsoever, by either of the Parties without the express, prior and written agreement of the other Party.

7.2 Majeur Force

The Parties shall not be held liable, or deemed to have failed to fulfill their obligations, for any delay or non-performance of their obligations when the cause of such delay or non-performance is due to a majeur force event, as defined by French law and jurisdictions.

7.3 Partial Nullity

The nullity or inapplicability of any provision of the Contract shall not affect the validity of the other provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. However, the Parties may mutually agree to replace the invalidated provision(s).
